Since redownloding everything the only thing that refused to go back to normal was the one local files playlist I had. Android: Can't Download Local Files Music. Any problems are normally down to communication issues so here's a list of things to check if local files won't download. The best way to resolve this issue is to remove the Local File from your local song library and add Spotify's version of the song to the playlist you'd like to sync to your.
