- Spotify Free Bypass The 15 Hours Of Listening System
The 15-hour limit only applies to the desktop PC version, so you'll able to get the most out of your Spotify account on any mobile device. We don't have any info about a time-limit counter, but we'll make sure to pass your feedback on this to the right folks. As a side note, we'll be moving this post to the 'Not an issue' section. By default, whenever Spotify reaches the end of the song, album, artist, or playlist you’re listening to, it auto-plays similar songs using its Radio feature. You can see in the screenshot below that I listened to REM’s Bad Day, and then the next thing it played was a Song Radio for Bad Day.
What You Need to Know about Spotify Free & Premium
Spotify is the definitely the most popular streaming music service in the world. Unlike Apple Music, Spotify provides both free and premium service. With Spotify free, you don't need to pay any money for enjoying music. But also there are some limitations in free account which may be far away from your requirements. The main limitations of Spotify free are as below:
- Ads will be inserted into tracks
- Streaming audio quality is at 160kbps
- Internet connection is required for listening
- Offline listening is not available
- Shuffle play is the only mode you can use on Mobile
Of course, you can pay $9.99 as individual or $14.99 for family per month. Then Spotify premium enables you enjoy 320kbps high audio quality, offline listening on a maximum of 3 different devices without ads interruption and play on your demand.
However, many Spotify users would like to stick to free subscription but want to enjoy offline listening. So the question is: 'Can I listen to Spotify offline with my free account?'

By default, Spotify Music Converter will check all the songs in the album or playlist, but you can uncheck any songs you don't want to download.
Step 3: Choose Offline Output Music Format
Click Options button and click Advanced to choose output music format for offline listening. By default, the program uses MP3, but you can also change to M4A, WAV or FLAC and change framerate or bitrate according to your need. If necessary, you can also change output folder in general tab.

After conversion, you can click History button and click the little icon to open output folder and get offline music files. Now you can copy the output songs to any MP3 players or add to iTunes library and sync to iPod Nano/Shuffle/Classic via iTunes, then enjoy them offline on your trip without using data connection.
Final Words
Spotify free doesn't provide the feature of offline listening and stream the songs at 160kbps, so the audio quality of downloaded and converted songs will be at 160kbps. Actually, most users can't tell from the quality difference between 160kbps or 320kbps, so it's enough for daily offline listening. By converting Spotify music to MP3 or M4A, you can also play Spotify songs using your favorite software application on computer when you don't have internet access, or using favorite music app on mobile instead of Spotify.
Spotify has a range of audio quality options to suit your device, plan, and preferences.
