Millions of users are making use of tricks and hacks so that they can use Spotify Premium with a free account. Truth is, you will find modified Spotify app versions when you search online such as Spotify++ which allows you to enjoy the benefits of having a Spotify Premium account without paying anything.
Aside from the modified app, there are other methods you can use to get free Spotify Premium. In this article, we will give you 5 methods on how to get Spotify Premium for free including the use of a Spotify music converter and downloader which is the safest method you can use. So if you want to know more, keep on reading!
Part 1. Methods on How to Get Spotify Premium For Free
Method 1. Join a Someone’s Spotify Family Plan Subscription
Spotify Family Free Trial
The first method is to join a friend’s Spotify family plan. Spotify does not only provide a Premium subscription to students and individuals. It also has a family plan worth $14.99 a month. This family plan allows a maximum of 5 members in a household to enjoy Spotify Premium. If you have a friend who is paying for a Spotify Premium Family plan and they are less than 5 in their group, ask the owner if he/she can invite you.
You do not need to be part of the family before you can join a family plan. However, you need to ensure that you have the same address as that of the owner of the family subscription plan. So, you need to ask the owner for his postcode and address in advance. Don’t worry because Spotify will not ask for any kind of address verification.
Method 2. Use Different Email Account & Register to Spotify Premium’s Free 30-Day Trial
The second method is by creating multiple emails and registering to a new account in Spotify then use these accounts to try Spotify’s free 30-day Premium plan. But, make sure that you cancel your subscription before your 30-day trial expires to prevent charges. Once your first trial expires, create a new email account then register to another free trial again.
The only disadvantage when you use the free trial using different accounts is that you won’t be able to keep your saved albums, playlists, and songs after the free 30-day trial. This can be quite frustrating. Plus, Spotify might be able to detect that you keep on using similar payment information.
Method 3. Install a Modified Version of the Spotify App Using Cydia Impactor (For Android and iPhone)
Cydia Impactor would be a great GUI tool you can use to work with your mobile device for installing IPAs on your iOS or APKs on your Android phone using Mac, Windows, or Linux. Follow the steps below on how to use Cydia Impactor for installing a modified version of the Spotify app on your Android or iPhone. Make sure that you uninstall the official Spotify app on your mobile phone first.
Step 1. Download the Cydia Impactor Installer
Navigate to theofficial home page of Cydia Impactor and then download an installer based on your computer’s OS. Unzip the file you downloaded. You will find the application inside the folder.
Step 2. Connect Your Device to Your Computer
Connect your Android or iPhone device to your computer using a USB cable.
Step 3. Download the Modified Spotify App Version

Step 4. Install Cydia Impactor on Your Phone Via Your Computer
Open the Cydia Impactor app and then drag the IPA or APK file to the application. After that, click on the Start button. For iOS users, you are required to verify the installation using your Apple ID.

Tap on the Spotify app. Users of iOS mobile devices will encounter an untrusted developer problem so you need to manually trust the app’s developer similar to the method we did for Android in Step 3. After that, you can now enjoy Spotify Premium without paying anything.
Method 4. Use TweakApp, AppValley, or TutuApp For Installing the Spotify++ App on your iOS Device Without Jailbreak
For users of iOS devices, you can install Spotify++, a modified Spotify version, on your phone. But you need to download TweakApp, AppValley, or TutuApp on your device first before you can install Spotify++.
